This modification / option is designed to be ordered with our bunk beds that have a solid / Full panel guard rail for the upper bunk
Examples of compatible products include:
- Triple transverse bunk (top bunk)
- Cubby house bunk
- High loft bed
- Triple bunk bed - double over single.
- Low bunk with built in bookcase
The purpose of the modification is to split the top rail into two parts to have a gap of 90mm. It also adds one upright in the middle to fix the two rails to each other to minimise deflection of the upper split rail.
